教授，博士生导师，信息系统系主任，校信息化建设专家指导委员会委员，城市运行应急保障模拟技术北京市重点实验室副主任。主要研究方向是：大数据分析方法与应用、应急管理和决策支持、信息管理和信息战略等。主持2项国家自然基金面上项目、1项国家科技支撑计划、2项国家重大科技专项，主持10多项横向研究项目，参与国家自然基金重点项目、重大研究计划等多个项目。发表学术论文40多篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文11篇、EI/ISTP论文20多篇。出版专著教材10余部。获得5项软件著作权、1项国家发明专利。2012年获部级科技成果二等奖1项，2012年3月荣获西飞奖教金二等奖。主编的《ERP系统原理与实施(第四版)》荣获十二五普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材。多次荣获教学成果奖。近期主要论文和著作教材如下：
